Refund Policy
1. Trial Lessons

Trial lessons (15-minute introductory sessions) are free and therefore non-refundable.

These are intended to assess level, goals, and compatibility before purchasing paid lessons if desired.
2. Single Lessons

Single lessons can be refunded in full if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

No refunds are granted for missed or late-cancelled sessions (less than 48 hours’ notice).
3. Lesson Packages

Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided no lessons have been used.

If one or more lessons have been used, the package becomes non-refundable, except for the following circumstance: If one lesson has been used, provided that it is the client's first paid lesson, the client can be refunded partially for the remaining lessons, but not for the lessons that they have used.

Exceptions may be made in cases of medical or family emergencies (documentation may be required).
4. Expiry

Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.

Expired lessons are not refundable or extendable.
5. Teacher Cancellation

If I cancel a lesson and cannot reschedule within a reasonable time (within 7 days), you may request a refund for that lesson.
6. Technical Issues

If a lesson is disrupted due to my technical fault (internet outage, software issue, etc.), I will offer to reschedule the affected time.

Lessons missed due to your technical issues are not eligible for a refund.
7. How to Request a Refund

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
8. Disputes
In the event of a disagreement regarding a lesson, payment, or service, clients are encouraged to first contact me directly to seek a resolution. I am committed to handling any concerns promptly and fairly. If no resolution is reached, the matter may be referred to the appropriate mediation body under French consumer law.
9. Rescheduling
Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. To reschedule, clients can use the link provided in the booking confirmation email or contact me directly. Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may be treated as cancellations and are non-refundable. I maintain the right to make exceptions to rescheduling rules, depending on certain circumstances, namely for repeat customers.
